Demonstrates the process for adding a new form - ie: any blank database record - in ANY IBM Notes database by adding it to your More Bookmarks, Create folder. Featuring the 'Phone Message' form - a favourite for anyone passing on a phone message using Notes.

Enjoy!

Ok, THAT is going to be really useful. Is there a way to set this up as an administrator?

Should be on the Desktop Policy under "Databases" tab. Haven't tried to see if it works though.

Matt, why the hell the button "Create Phone Message" is NOT in the Notes interface under Create button AND it's under the iNotes interface Create button ?? Users should go to Create -> Special Message -> Phone Message. I've created some button in the toolbars with the command @Command([Create];"Phone Message)....

Thanks for the great video.

Hmmm... Didn’t realize it required a client re-start

Great tip Mat. Took me a few minutes to figure out why it wasn't working for me. Once I re-started the Notes client, everything appeared properly under the Toolbar 'New' option. Was that the same for you, or should I start inspecting my client for issues?

Cannot get this video to play. But after reading comments I figured out how to get links to create new docs in any database to appear under the File, New menu. BUT once you've added something, how do you delete it!

Ok, I got it to work. My problem was that I could not see the Create folder under the "More Bookmarks" window. I selected the "Open" button, rt moused and then selected "Restore Defaults." Then I could see the folder and remove items.
